Enrichment & Training Based Daycare
Participating in our program will inherently enhance your dog's social skills, boost their confidence, and improve their overall quality of life through consistent exercise and mental stimulation, alleviating boredom. Recognizing that dogs are inherently pack animals, we treat them as such during their time at Happy Hound. Rather than separating them, we encourage dogs to develop their natural instincts in a structured and supervised environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of each individual dog.

Your Dogs Health Is Important To Us
We are committed to providing the highest standard of care for your furry family member. To that end, our facility undergoes nightly vacuuming and mopping with a pet-safe cleaner that effectively eliminates contagious viruses. Every surface and object that your pet may encounter is thoroughly sanitized on a weekly and daily basis, including the outdoor fence.
In February 2023, we enhanced our air quality by installing UVC/Ozone systems in our ductwork, ensuring that both dogs and humans breathe clean air at all times. Our expansive outdoor space exceeds 4,000 square feet and is equipped with heating for winter and air conditioning for summer, providing a comfortable environment. Additionally, dogs have access to a large outdoor area for play, with a dog door allowing them the freedom to come and go as they please, as all dogs are trained to use it.

What you should expect when leaving your dog at Happy Hound Daycare?
Upon your dog's arrival at Happy Hound, our friendly staff will warmly welcome them at the front desk. You will need to remove your dog's collar, leash, and flea collar, placing these items on a designated dog tail hook or in a cubby. Your dog will then be escorted outside, where they will have ample opportunity to relieve themselves before joining their companions in a playroom for free play until check-in concludes at 8:30 a.m.
At 8:30 a.m., we will gather the entire pack. Following the completion of introductions, the dogs will participate in a structured schedule that includes Group Enrichment, Training, and Free Play. Please note that we do not allow drop-offs after 8:30 a.m. for group participation, as this policy is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs and staff members.
