Enrichment & Training Based Daycare

Being in our program will naturally improve your dogs social skills, increase their confidence, and improve their quality of life through regular exercise and mental stimulation instead of boredom. Dogs are inherit pack animals therefore they are treated as such while in our care at Happy Hound Daycare. We do not separate, instead we allow dogs to enhance their natural instincts within our structured & supervised environment to ensure the safety of each dog.

Your Dogs Health Is Important To Us
We want to ensure that your Furry Family member is provided the best care. Therefore, the entire building is vacuumed & mopped every night with a cleaner that is safe for dogs and kills contagious viruses. Everything and anything they come in contact with is cleaned on a weekly/daily basis including the outside fence.
In February 2023 we had UVC/Ozone installed in our duct work to ensure the air that the dogs/humans breathe is always clean. We have a 4000sqft space mostly indoor with heat in the winter & AC in the summer, along with a spacious outdoor area for dogs to play. They are never locked in or out, there is a dog door and all the dogs learn to use it.
What you should expect when leaving your dog at Happy Hound Daycare?
When your dog arrives at Happy Hound Daycare, he or she will be met in the store/front desk by one of our friendly staff and taken out to start his or her day.

You will remove his or her collar/leash/flea collar and hang on a dog tail hook or put in a cubby, your dog will be led outside. There, your dog will go outside long enough to go potty, and then they will join the rest of their friends in Lovers Lane Room or Park Room were they will have free play until the end of check-in time at 8:30 am.

At 8:30am we combine the pack. After all introductions have been made, the dogs begin their day of structured Group Enrichment/Training & Free Play! Once all this has occurred, we do not allow for late drop-offs to enter the groups. This is for the safety of all the dogs and staff members, as it can be very stressful and chaotic when a single dog enters an entire group of dogs.
